About Us

Meet Jonathan and Elisa Trentham

We share a love for hospitality, missions, and creating space for others to feel seen, known, and loved.

Jonathan felt called to serve missionaries while living in Camodia from 2009-2011. He has spent the past 15 years gaining experience in hospitality, finance, entrepreneurship, and HR. In ever job he’s taken, he has never lost sight of the vision for missionary care and has worked above and beyond to learn and contribute his very best. He is about to complete a dual-degree in Hospitality Management and Culinary Arts, where he has made a tremendous impact on students and teachers.

Elisa is passionate about legacy and storytelling. Her own heritage comes from Alicante, Spain, where her grandfather, father, tios, and cousins grew up. She spent several months serving with Torchbearers International as the Resident Assistant, has a minor in Spanish from Asbury University, and received Spanish citizenship in 2024. She recently became Managing Director at Bamboo Design Studio, a role she can take anywhere.

Together, Elisa and Jonathan have three kids, have spent a decade running a video production company together, and have experienced the blessing of time away to refresh in difficult seasons and wonderful seasons. We began praying for Spain in 2022, and have seen God open door after door in opportunities, relationships, and in our hearts to move our family to Spain. We believe God is calling us to move in 2027 to begin establishing our family in the culture and language, build relationships, and explore opportunities.

We are looking for partners to come alongside us in faith-filled prayer, supporting us financially, and encouraging us in relationship. We know the journey ahead will be filled with challenges, and we trust God’s provision and direction.
